The area is residential and peaceful, the building maintains a relaxed atmosphere, and at night you’ll hear only the silence you need for a good night’s sleep.

One of our favorite spots is the swimming pool surrounded by grass. It’s not a crowded pool, but a calm space where you can read, sunbathe, or cool off at your own pace, with an atmosphere that invites you to stay rather than rush.

And when you feel like going out, everything is close by: beaches, restaurants, promenades, supermarkets, and services. You can forget about the car and move around comfortably, knowing that when you return, a serene, well-cared-for, and welcoming space will be waiting for you.
